Welcome to California CPR!

Yes. This class is approved and provided by an American Heart Association instructor. Your certification will have the American Heart association logo and can be verified by your employers worldwide. 

Class is instructor led and to the point. We understand and respect your busy life so we will make it as fast, easy and entertaining as possible, and most importantly, help you retain and apply the information. 

The class starts with lecture, then followed by skills practice on feedback device enabled manikins, AED simulators, and bag  valve masks. The class ends with a written exam, and skills exam. Dont worry about the exam. As long as you pay attention, you will learn the answers. 

Although not required, but If you plan on taking notes, bring a pen and notebook as it may help for the exam. Make sure to bring comfortable clothing as we will practice on manikins, closed toed comfy shoes. Its a casual environment.

All certifications are distributed in your email (ecard) that you provide at the class. 

Your certification is processed through our training center's processing office and processing can take anywhere from 1-2 business days. Although not common, holidays, and administrative business hours can affect processing times.

Certification is valid for 2 years from the date that the class is taken, expiring at the end of that month

Yes. If your place of employment/facility wants a personal class, we will tailor the class to your needs. If you have 8 or more students or continuing classes, discounted rates can apply.

We are animal lovers. The classes have no affiliation to animals. We can add extra (FYI) information on how to provide basic CPR to cats and dogs upon request but it is not a part of the class curriculum and not to be construed as medical advice. 

Reschedule Policy (Please note of strict rescheduling policy due to classroom reservation)

• Reschedule  requests must be made anytime up to 1 days (24 hours) before your class date.
• You are limited to 2 free reschedule requests per registration. Contact us to reschedule by calling or text to 619-535-6449. Please note, rescheduling online will charge you an additional non-refundable processing fee. You are not rescheduled until you receive confirmation of the new rescheduled date.
• If you need to reschedule but do not have a new reschedule date, a course fee (credit) will be kept on file for 3 months after original scheduled date.
• After your 2 free reschedule limit has been reached, a $15 reschedule fee will be added to your registration for each future reschedule request. Each fee must be paid in advance in order to be eligible to reschedule. 
• To reschedule: Drop us a line below, call us or text us at 619-535-6449. Depending on class capacity, walk ins may not be allowed.

Refund Policy

• Refund requests for courses must be made up to one week (7 Days) before your course date.
• No Refunds for registrations made less than 7 Days before  original course date
• No refunds for cancellations made ON or AFTER your original scheduled course date.
• No Refunds once a class has been rescheduled.
• No refunds if course has been completed
• All Refunds will be subject to a fee of 5% of the original class cost to cover credit card merchant processing fees.
• Refund requests must be requested by email ONLY. Please provide name, phone number and date when class was originally scheduled for.

No Show Policy 

• $15 No show fee 
• What is a “No Show” ? A no show is failing to show up and/or complete the scheduled class (leaving early/arriving late) without providing a 1 day (24hr) prior notice that you will not be attending.
• We understand things happen, if you no show, please contact us to coordinate a new class date by either emailing, calling or texting to 619-535-6449. Please avoid scheduling a new booking online as it will incur a 5% non-refundable merchant processing fee. Please wait for confirmation of new class date.
• If you no showed and do not book a new date,  a course fee (credit) minus the $15 No show fee will be kept on file for 3 months after original scheduled date. After 3 months from original class date, credit will be forfeited.
• No Shows are not eligible for refunds.
